Location of the property is just awesome. It’s around 1km from mall road (walkable time of around10-12 mins. View from the rooms are very good. Can see kanchenjunga clearly with darjeeling in the foreground. Staffs are really friendly and food is also nice. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is so good and well maintained. And specially the manager manish ji is a very helpful person. His behaviour is so good. He nicely take care of us.

the stay was fantastic. rooms were neat n clean. View from the room was also awesome. moreover the staff were great 👍. the location of the hotel was also good. it's a 10 min walk from mall road. the food in d hotel was slightly costly though.

It was a memorable stay here. The kind and lovely gesture of staffs here makes us feel home. They are warm and welcoming. The food is awesome in taste and served freshly cooked. The chefs are professional and hard working. All the staffs here are well mannered, kind, polite and helpful. Should mention mr. Sugam and mr. Sachin's name for their warm welcome.

One of the good hotel from a short distance to darjeeling mall road by walk. Room service very good, foods very good, all staffs are helpful. Booked 4 rooms, all are ok but room 101 doesn't have any wardrobe, mirrors missing in some bedrooms & for wet clothes there is no hanging place it will require for long stay like us 4 nights.

A little interior from darjeeling mall. Accommodation is very good. Food quality is all right. Service and response from hotel management is reasonable.

I stayed in this hotel with family for 3 nights and overall experience was good. Hotel manager sachin upgraded my room without any extra charges. Pros - room and beddings were clean. Staff behaviour was excellent. They were very humble. Excellent furniture and bathroom accesories. Hot and cold water was available throughout 24 hours. Tea/coffee making cattle was available inside the room. Food was very delicious. Cons - my room's electicity mcb was loose as well as tv was not working and hotel staff was not able to fix it in 3 days. Staff was not available on the extension numbers given by hotel. In morning i had to search the hotel staff for any assistance. Hotel is located 1. 5km from mall road and no public transport is available so if you can walk this much then only go for this hotel.

Location was good. Food was avarage & a bit expensive. Hygiene & safety standards are very good.

Staff was excelent, but maintenance was too poor, carpenter did'nt came in four days to repair the door lock in one of our rooms.

We stayed for one night. The location was hard to find but hotel staffs were very cordial enough to help us through that. The female receptionist seemed very unwelcoming from her demeanor, when we checked in. Rest of the staff of the hotel were really sweet. Our whole stay was comfortable.

Property is good but the location is far from the prime location, it took around 20 mins from the mall road to reach there by walk, food options are less. Rooms are good but very cold what i feel. Overall average.

Hotel is little away from main center. No lift, even reception is also in 3rd floor. Staff and property owner are good.
