Room was clean television was not working Room was not completely ready while check in and accessories were not provided Customer r service was very rude

Average Stay not up to mark if you book for two adults they will provide service accessories for one no buffet dinner stay avarage but not Good

Early check in charges 1000 despite being regular guest and even before booking had requested for early check in

Good and peaceful stay at Nehru Place. Staff is responsive and quick. Food prepared was always fresh .

the hotel is worth it if you get it under 5k solid hotel but very small but good enough not a very good hotel but worth it.

It's not 3 or 4 star as claimed. No much occupancy so no buffet breakfast/meal. No toothpaste with the kit. Just an ordinary lodge in South Delhi. The location is good for connectivity but the place is gloomy.

The room was excellent - spotlessly clean, housekeeping done every day, all amenities present. The beds were comfortable and everything I needed was in the room. The room service was spectacular - amazing food (I overate each time I ordered) and very courteous staff. They even brought me a mouth freshener and toothpicks without asking, when they came to clear my plates. The breakfast spread was decent, and the quality of the items satisfactory. The toiletry items were of good quality. The location of this hotel was excellent - within a 5-minute walk from Nehru Place market, and right next to the Nehru Enclave metro station on the Magenta Line.

Good staff and service from the team , have stayed here many times as its central to Nehru place .

Room was too small. No sports channels on tv. No heat in the room and heat water was not enough hot for bath.

Room v/s value bad no hot water bed cousin not up to standards. Very limited breakfast options. Overall bad experience rather my amount should be refunded back.

Location is perfect. It's very close to the metro and nehru place. One can also reach lotus temple and iskon temple very easily from here. It's in walking distance. The food was good. Amenities were good and the behaviour of the staff was also very good. The rooms were clean. I had a great time staying here at this hotel.

The property is very well located, just next to nehru place metro station. The room was good however the breakfast spread was too limited. Overall it's a good hotel

This hotel does not give gst invoice to us. Now onwards, i think i should avoid booking my hotel stay through makemytrip. It’s becoming very complicated for me.

The r room was pretty small, food and service was good, location was good. There was no gym. Done

Very bad check in experience. No one was at reception counter for 30 minutes. Very small room. F&b staff was courteous and helpful. Old and torn linen in room. Cleanliness was good.

Overall experience of my stay was good. Brafkfast menu and taste was cherry on the cake. Staff was very courteous. The only minus point was very tiny rooms for the price you are paying. But the kind of hospitality u get at the hotel u forgo thz things.

Pro’s - located on the main road, 50 metres from nehru enclave metro station - nice, comfortable room. Very spacious. (i booked the club room) - good hospitality - breakfast is good - allows outside food con’s - the bath space in my washroom wasn’t draining the water well which ended up flooding the washroom every time i used the shower - there is no space inside the hotel to park your car.

A neat and clean hotel… Staff and service is very good. Actually their breakfast time starts 8AM. But I needed 7.15AM. I made a request during my check in. They made it ready 7.15AM sharp and waiting for me. Breakfast was nice. The room service was also very good and served food very quickly in the night. Only con is the room size was very small but it is ok if all other services are good.
