I found thro mm t, grit hospitality, delicious food, rooms very clean, awesome staff, worth as we were on beach only, good ambience near pool. 10/10

It was a wonderful resort with a great location, amazing and very cooperative staff and lovely food. Hotel arranged scooty rental for us which was quite hassle free and saved lot of time.

Hotel is right on the beach, between baga and calangute. You can easily walk to both popular beaches or just relax on the beach next to the hotel. Plenty of options to eat nearby. It takes 4 minutes walk to the baga-calangute road market. Cons- restaurant ambience can be improved. But you wont miss anything because you have so many restaurants and beach sacks nearby. Be aware that the entrance has 7-8 stairs so not accessible for wheelchairs

Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is also very good with beach access from the resort itself. Highlight for us was the service provided by the staff. Specially ms. H oi and mr. Asif. They were very courteous and prompt. We enjoyed our stay.

The property location is really good. Its a beach side property near main baga beach and market area. Really enjoyed my 3 day stay over here.

To start with, a beautiful location between the famous baga beach and happening calangute beach. Staff were very cooperative, helpful and make you feel comfortable. Very easy access to beach to and fro. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Location near yo the baga market, you will love the seafood restaurant in the market area. Good shopping can be done. Crowd is very good. Recommended for 2nd visit

Hotel property was awesome for family's. The hotel staff was very supportive. I loved the hotel's beach front restaurant and bar. I booked a big luxury cottage for comfort with kids. Hotel staff chandu was very supportive and helpful for any support.

My experience with this hotel was very good & comfortable. The stay was quite warming as the beach so near to the hotel. Just make a step out of the hotel and u are here on the beach. Though i did not like the food much but the poori sabzi in the breakfast was good. The housekeeping was good. The room was comfortable. If you are searching for a room on the baga beach itself, you can go for the shining sand hotel.

Hotel and rooms are excellent. Cottage is very big and spacious. Hotel is exactly on the beach and have shacks on the beach. Overall pleasant experience.

My overall experience was good from room facilities to food. It is a beach side resort enjoyed the natural environment and even swimming pool was clean and good. Staff is also nice. Stay for more than 3 days. Worth staying. The beach was also less crowded where they have arranged place to site and enjoy the view. Perfect name to the hotel shining sand beach resort

Found this beauty on mmt only. If u are looking for beach stays in goa. Jus go for it blindly. We stayed in their beautiful cottages. Grab your drink, relax on chair n get your foot massage done by sakku tai n chendu will help u out with drinks. If u feel bored jus walk a bit n number of shacks u cn discover. Overall a great experience.
