Hi ,do take this as suggestions more than a bad review since a Homestay needs to be a welcoming stay not half hearted mode of extra income, making the guests feel unwelcome .. Few pointers in this regard 1)Despite booking based on their willingness to accept pets they refused at the last minute untill make my trip intervened that also with dos n don'ts . We kept on struggling how to keep our pet comfortable in a safe place. 2) The staircase leading to the first floor given to us was iron made and slippery creating a safety issue and huge inconvenience.The person who attended is himself refused to use the stairs siting. Our staff eventually did slip through the staircase. It was stressful to ensure my 9 yrs old kids ,pet and all of us climb up n down carefully. I can only.imagine what could be the plight of anyone with knee problems or senior citizen guest. 3)Basic tea bag,milk sachets n suger would have been nice . 4) Same goes for toiletries. 5)Accessibility was slightly confusing though it can be ignored. Overall a stressful stay to say the least .
