Terrible Stay
The property location is good. But the property is not well maintained. It requires painting and refinishing. but the surprised to see very caring and co operating staff. They are very nice and humble local people managing the huge property and doing their best. They provide room service, prepare food as per requirements .

Good Stay
Location is good. Very near to Ganapatipule temple and beach.Hospitality is good. Property was good but need renovation. Rooms on sea side are good.Moderate cost even during peak vacation time.Enough space and accessories like gym and carrom etc for childrens.

Terrible Stay
Room is big but there are no basic facilities available. Not even basic bathroom things like handwash bath kit and dental kit. No coffee heater. Not any phone connection to contact for room service SafetyThere is no safety, no watchman or security there. Nobody is there on reception in night emergency Cheap hotel. Not recommendable for anyone

Terrible Stay
1. Location is fantastic and room size is good 2. Property is maintained in a worst condition 3.. A lot of insects in the room 4. Curtains are not washed and put up in a proper manner 5. This property looks more of a part time hotel 6. Parking is not maintained 7. Zero amount of security or safety felt by us 8. We recommend you to not list this till they take properely maintain it. 9. Washrooms were not maintained properely. The soap was also smelling

overall experience is good at Shiv sagar palace and food as well, but at tarkarli room is good, but they have food service (like mentioned in description about it & they are not providing complementary breakfast )

hotel property is big but no maintenance. all rooms are not clean. there were cockroaches in our room.

It is a very bad and lonely hotel, there are not many people there and there are very few bookings, hence there is fear in staying there alone, some people there also look at me with wrong intentions.

Good Stay
The property location was nice. Enjoyed the sea view room. The food was also nice. The service was also nice.

Old property and not maintained properly. Food and service is good. Looks very isolated. Could have been better

The palace hotel is really good. People are also good and friendly. Royal feeling! The property is good to go around and feel the actual Konkan!

staff is cooperative . Food is ok. location is ok . property is old and needs renovation . In case you do not have own vehicle traveling to beach and fro will bd cumbersome

Rooms are ok and staff is cooperative, but property is like very old palace. It's very scary as location is isolated.

Terrible experience
It was like a ghost place, property is very old and not at all maintained. The price charged is very high and not at all value for money.

Poor maintenance
familyThe property is huge but poorly maintained. The bathroom was not clean. Needs proper maintenance. The facade needs cleaning and painting.
