We booked 3 rooms, when we checked into the hotel, in one room washroom door got locked, the concerned person was called and he said that don’t close the door now as it won’t open again. Is this what we are expected to hear in a so called 5 star hotel( which is worst then rooms by the way) welcome basket was given in one room out of 3, when asked for they provided in another room( still not in the third room. When these issues were told at reception they asked us to change the room, and showed us the rooms which had no windows, we asked for an upgrade If that’s the issue, we got no response, when we said that one of us is a travel blogger then they took notice and upgraded after 2 hours( so they won’t do anything if you aren’t a travel blogger) in evening we came to know that half of the property is closed with no specific reason( which seems cost cutting) and when asked for we get no response. In dining area as well as in other areas no one is wearing masks and there is no facility for hand sanitation. That was not enough, in morning at 8 am when we go to take breakfast we are told that breakfast will start after 9 ( which we were not informed and the reason is of holi. And one of us had to leave at 8:30 so he leaves without breakfast. In all a very terrible experience.
