It was horrible. The room was completely unhygienic and dirty

the room are not properly good condition. and cleaning are not so good electric items are not well

The experience was bad, rooms were not clean, ventilation was also bad and there was a hell lot of mosquitos we weren't able to sleep. This is due to the poor hygiene and cleanliness.

Very bad poor experience, geyser not working, bathroom door is broken, door lock broken never visit again. All over experience lost of mind.

It was a worst place to stay. Totally ruined my tavel itinerary. No cleaniliness. Mosquitoes everywhere. Bad washroom and blankets are dirty.

Room's in very bad condition. No service available like cold water, wifi, bathroom is very bad condition. No cleaning, water leakage, i think it's wastege of my money. If cancellation available. Cancel my booking. But this facility was not available on this booking

This is my worst experience in make my trip, i think you should take this hotel out of your search history as it spoils your reputation.

Service provided are very good. All the staff are very helpful and polite. About food, meals are not included. Location is nearby main city.

The rooms were very dirty. Condition of bathroom was pathetic. Bedsheets and blankets were very dirty. Please dont book this place ever if you are looking for a decent stay.

Hotel location is appropriate but presence of mosquito and shower problem is there, that makes me uncomfortable. Yes i would like to recommend some suggestions for the hotel, is that inspite of having good location you should have to take care of your guest & provide them maximum comfort which you can do

The room was poorly lit. The fan didn't work properly. The tv didn't work. There was bird poop on the curtains, the bathroom wasn't clean, neither did they have a mug, the bedsheet was littered, the room was filled with mosquitoes. Upon pointing these out the receptionist said that the room was for 1000 rupees and that i was actually paying much lesser than what the room was worth. Also, the hotel was located in a very isolated location, you'll be disturbed by the noise of trucks and commercial vehicles throughout the night.

All good it is, location wise it can give you values, afsb is of 15 minutes and can get the auto for any other. For food, one can walk through some 400 meters with sufficient options available.
It was pleasing experience to stay in hotel. Location was good for all the places around and staff behaviour was so good and chilled out, at this price range you can't really complain i guess.

Could not asked for more, these guys are providing good service at affordable budget for students and families, nice to say the least.
Nonetheless very good hotel and staff. They can also provide hot/cold water on demand and very easy to locate from isbt and about 15 minutes from 1afsb dehradun.

It can be implemented to enhance the quality

The cleanliness of the hotel was good but can be more enhanced with proper and regular check on the blanket cleanliness and room cleaning.

Staff are best in class, service is top at this price and location is also middle of every tourist destination
