Stay at hotel shivam is excellent, i stayed there for 2 night and three days with my parents, service, location, cleaniness, staff behaviour, breakfast, rooms, amenities are awesome. Will definitely stay at hotel shivam whenever i visit pune.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was within walking distance from pune station and shaniwar wada is also close. Many other prominent places are within 15-20 mins of driving distance from hotel

It was a good experience at hotel shivam. The hotel is located near the pune junction railway station and st bus stand, and it can be easily accessed. I have booked hotel shivam for 3 days, including breakfast, but due to a tight schedule, we couldn't take breakfast for the first 2 days. On the last day of my departure, we availed of breakfast, and we are satisfied with the quality of food provided in the breakfast by the hotel. We have stayed in room no. 206, and it was a big and spacious room having 3 beds, 1 double bed in master room, and 1 single bed in the attached room. The amenities provided were good. The hotel staff was cooperative and courteous. We didn't feel any problem during our stay at the experience at hotel shivam, pune. Thanks to mmt.

Extremely neat and clean hotel with spacious rooms with very good service and parking space. Certainly will book on the regular basis as i have to visit every month for company work.

It is centrally located. Just 300 meters away from the railway station. Room service is good. Mineral water bottles should have been given as complementary. Triple bed ac room is small.

I booked room for 3 but it was showing option as double bed and third person will be provided extra bedding. We called hotel and requested for 3 bed room and we were told they are booked but they will try. I couldn't help because it was my last minute booking and i booked just one day before traveling. It was my business tour and my daughter was joining me and my husband. We reached hotel at about 12. 30 pm, past half an hour check in time and person on reception told me he was about to call me. Surprisingly he remembered our request for 3 bed room. We were told to wait and by 1 pm we were given 3 bedded room. Helpers and staff helped us to the room. It was on 2 nd floor and i have knee problem. It was difficult for me to climb but person carrying luggage was so much patience and waited for me to climb on each floor. Wow. Room service settled us in our room and room was quite comfortable. It was quite small but peaceful. Next day morning we had breakfast in buffet served on ground floor and taste was really good. We were served paratha, idly, batata vada with chutney and sambhar along with tea, coffee, milk with corn flakes options. Manager handling kitchen was very nice and helpful. Even gatekeeper was so nice and started talking to us like he knows us well. Only cons - 1. There is no lift, 2. Property is small and not spacious, 3. Dining area was very clean. Overall experience very good. I am happy to choose shivam.

Excellent property with decent room size and separate single bed for each individual. Just 100 meters from pune jn rely station and bus stand. Every thing available within a few hundred metres from the hotel. I stayed at room number 114 and it's window was towards the hotel's restaurant/room service so it was a bit noisy and even being at ground floor we just couldn't remove the curtains forget opening the window. Still an excellent hotel.
