Property location is very good.Property not maintained. Approach is easy from Bir Market only. Never go shortcut from Baijnath market. There are others camp which look well maintained.If you wish can book others

Stay was average. Washroom condition was very pathetic and bedsheets were dirty. They did not provide soap/shampoo/towels. Food was average.

Staff was very protective and cooperative ambience is good, what else you need more than that.😊

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the Mountain view & beautiful flowers 🌹. Very peaceful place away from rush. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating.

So the location of the camping site is way off the limits it is a beautifully situated between the mountains. The rooms were also good but the staff was very negligent and did not like the food at all and also there were no such amenities provided. No extra activity took place. But all in all because of the beautiful surroundings it was amazing.

Superb Location, Tea was little weird and causes Stomach Ache. Stay was awesome, Care Taker was misbehaving.

Some people in our neighborhood camp were shouting madly till 3:30 am in the morning. We were not able to sleep whole night.

will write an honest review as desired by the caretaker.. it was a wonderful stay amidst lush green forest cover and some awesome views right in the middle of the jungle. hospitality was the best, especially Mr Megh and Mr Pankaj taking care of us like their own house members were just heart warming. Clean and hygienic tents plus spotless attached washrooms as well as common washrooms which are actually hard to find in the mountains. thanks for taking such good care of us. Oh yes , how could i miss out on the food served, delicious and just like home cooked. Wonderful stay and some great memories ❤

We went there but the route was very scary and the stay was on the hills, there was no proper roads to reach there, the management was not professional to handle the situation and at last we have to go back. Please initiate my refund.

First of all the location is poor. No proper parking area, no recieving area, no reception. Its just the owner has installed around 10 tents but no other investment on the property. Not even the pathway is made. One has to cross through muddy path. Tents are not even cleaned or washed for years. Bed sheets worst. Bathroom worst. There were crabs and other wild insects inside the tent. Was way too worried about my kids. Room service is poor, they cal you for brkfast and dinner to their kitchen which is way too far. Complementary bf and dinner. It was just limited with only one or two dishes. If u want to have non-veg, pay extra. My overall experience is horrible.

This camp is located nearly 9 km from bier chowk. You can easily get taxis to this place. You will love the location of the camp. The scenic views are awesome. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. At night there is bonfire with music. Over all a good experience.

Very poor facilities. They didn’t hv washrooms attached. Bedsheets, pillow cover was dirty. They even have rats rooming in the tents

I have booked the tent with 2 meals. The dinner and the breakfast. We reached about 7 pm in the evening, we were welcomed with tea and pakora. The manager asked extra for the night snacks. Food quality was good.
The location of shivirama is about 4 km from the landing site. Tents are big and comfortable with attach bathroom and the view at the site is very nice. Overall good experience

Bir is fantastic and so is the location of this hotel. We were unbathed for 3 days as they have no water or even the civility to provide via a hamam or something. No one really meets you and explains what is where or who to call or simple things called humanness. No hot water. For most of 2 days no water in Taps or WC. But they have gave us hot food after a 19 hour ride so for that we are grateful but after that Its third rate.The owner / manager is mythical saw him once. And then it’s like a discovery for you to figure out. And you have to even call some boor called megh and then wait. Sure u can give him a time to be served but nothing will happen. Such is the arrogance. In a word they are just poor human beings.

There's everything in their which anyone want in camping most of all person handling that was super friendly and help you with everything only thing is road towards camp is little scary at night but worth it. Must buy your beer from outside as they don't have beer.

The location of the property is in a remote area, proper connectivity is not there. The staff was also not cooperative. The services that they provided were not good. Also, the tents were not as per expectations, we have to pay an extra charge for it. The bonfire facility was not provided. Overall it was my worst experience.
