Great food close to the beach. Clean and safe beaches. Not crowded. Very few hawkers small but nice swimming pool. Depth indicators can improve it further. Internet mobile connectivity is a negative great if the idea is to get away from work and spend quality time with family friends self limited staff, maybe due to cost constraints and season city factors. Other minuses stemming from it no room service, unplanned food orders take a long time in being served, strain during high footfall. They make it up quite a bit by courtesy and efficiency. Overall, feels awesome to be close to nature and unwind. Driving distance from Mumbai. Roads are a concern as usual.

Good location, located near beach, good service, parking facility, lawn, swimming pool, quiet and peaceful. Quality food, good preparation. They are not accepting credit or debit card, only cash, a bit problematic in current digital world. Probably they are not accounting this income.

Nice location. Great rooms (specially the Deluxe Rooms). The hotel is 10 min walk from the beach. They have enough parking space, a beautiful lawn. Food is good, but there is lot of scope to improve on service. Service is very delayed because they are low on manpower. The hotel is very clean.

Excellent Service, good food, near beach & market. Really enjoyed week end with family. The sea food was very tasty with all fishes included. The hotel is located at the walking distance from the Beach.

The location was perfect. It was a great stay. Value for money. Decent food close to Harihareshwar & Diveagar beach. Walking distance from Shrivardhan beach. Spacious room and lawn beautiful garden. Room service not so good.

Nice Stay at affordable price. Breakfast was not up to the mark: more option should be there. Garden area was wonderful. Enjoyed the Game Zone and played Carrom and Tabletl tennis. Will recommend it to others.

Shiv Shanti is at a good location and Isa peaceful place to stay at Shrivardhan. However the owners were visiting when we stayed there, making things difficult and service negligible. Most you friendly and hostile resort owners I ever came across. Staff was restrained from attending to guests and basic services were denied.

Shiv Shanti Holiday Inn is a lovely property near by the Srivardhan Beach which suffices all the needs of a relaxing stay. I booked a Deluxe room for the stay and the room was spacious with all the amenities like AC, Water Heater, TV with all channels and most importantly clean room. Pros of the property: 1. Deluxe room was spacious. 2. Staff is courteous and helpful. 3. You get Wi-Fi at the reception . 4. Ample parking space at the entrance. 5. Beautiful lawn area with hammocks, swings and palm trees. 6. Small but sufficient swimming pool to take a refreshing dip. 7. I traveled with my Dachshund Pup who enjoyed a lot. So, its pet friendly resort. 8. Food is good. Loved the Fish thali and Onion bhajji. Tea was on the sweet side than expected . 9. Beach is hardly 800 mt. Cons: 1. The Deluxe rooms (Rooms in general )are on the 1st Floor or above so make it a point to book ground floor rooms Or Cottages if you travelling with Elder people. Overall, Loved the place. It's peaceful and you are sure to have a comforting stay. Room Tip: Go for cottage stay

Amazing water pressure in the shower

Room was good and all facilities were good. My usual pet peeve in all hotels is the poor water pressure in the bathroom shower but that was not the case here. Excellent water pressure even for hot water - really made me happy. Also, not a complaint per se but the WiFi connection was poor.

People are good and courteous as well, good experience, all facilities mentioned were working, beach is also close by, absolutely no interference from any one, good food and freshly prepared as well, homely atmosphere

We stayed in Shiv Shanti Holiday Inn with family and a had a great time. Superb location, just 10 min from the beach (walk-able). Good breakfast - we had the most yummy batata vada there. Except for the room cleanliness, that could have been worked on a little, its highly recommended for family/couples.
