Since its a new property few things need to be followed, surrounding is good, our room had no view since our room was in the corner, outside just the other building, family room could be bigger if they shift it to other available room. Need to clean room daily and change towels and carpet daily. Breakfast options can be increased. Beds are quite big for 4 members. Vijay, the person who works effortlessly for all the families staying here. Owner of the property is around and helped in planning our tour. Safe place. Had a great experience of ooty. Thanks to shiv's heritage inn and make my trip.

Average place, the property is 175 years old as claimed by owner, washrooms are renovated with new tiles and other stuffs but lacks basic things like hangers, soap holders, geysers, etc. Rooms were big and antique but not clean, again basic amenities like table, chairs, working plug points were missing. No room service, no restaurant to eat nearby or within property which is very struggling. Only choose if no options available and if all amenities are available in future.
