Hopeless experience. I preinformed about my early morning arrival to this hotel . On arrival hotel door wasn’t opened by anyone and I had to move some other hotel with my family. On calling the mmt number none calls were attended

I arrived at hotel with my family at 5. 30 am duly preinformed the worst thing is they didn’t opened gates only i’ve stayed in different hotel

Room was not good/clean, very small rooms

2. The stay was different and very small room from what was shown in makemytrip. Rates were also high compared to direct booking.

Room is not like 1200/ it's like 400. Send me customer care no. Where am talking your representative. For any problem

Room was average and it was on 4th floor and no lift was there. There were lot of mosquitoes there and not a regular supply of hot water so it was also a cause of problem. Below average the price should be 600-800 as per the room condition. Owner behaviour was good and main places to visit were nearby are only pros

It was a very good compact and comfortable stay as i have booked a 3 bed room. I went with my parents. Reach out abhishek. He will help for anything with respect to accomodation. Thank you abhishek!

Dear travelers don’t book because they will not attended

A converted house into dharamshala to hotel on 4th floor without lift. Ordering tea at room required to pick from 4th floor down. A terrible staff with no communication, no behaviour, no attitude no hospitality. A converted tent house businessman into hotel with zero experience. Very rude staff behavior. No information no update for any queries.

Hotel management is very good

Hotel is to good and sefety, clearing 1 no.

Best thing I found is distance between mahakal temple and hotel is only 1.5 km, apart from that I booked this hotel for 3 guest and room was quite big that worth every penny but hygiene is ok. No sanitization of room. Used soaps are there in the bathroom, no towel or any other thing we got from hotel even they are providing water in used bislary bottles. No RO or any other water filter is there in hotel.

It was a pleasant sat and staff was also good and very helping but the room in which i stayed wasn't much tidy as there were beetle split marks there in one corner of my room and bedsheets, blanket and pillows were bit stinking.

Very good serving and friendly staff and nice cleaning and good location near RAMGHAT and MAHAKAL MANDIR.

Good to stay but too noise produces during day.

Please avoid this hotel as rooms are very small and bathroom are not at all clean
