As per hotel owner, team make my trip late inform regarding the booking to hotel owener. Hotel staff not aware about guest.

I called after booking the property owner who informed he hadn't yet received the booking info from mm t and also the rooms were not available, in case he receives any info from mm t he will inform to mm t same. Since my requirement was immediate and there was no option to book under free cancellation i had to pay advance. Mm t pols arrange to refund the same as i wasn't allotted any room for even 2-3 hrs stay.
