Excellent hospitality by sushant !

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at shree farms tents, alibaug was highly disappointing. Despite booking a room with breakfast, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the air conditioning unit in the room was ineffective, constantly malfunctioning and failing to provide any cooling effect. Upon reporting the issue to the owner, i was informed about a supposed low voltage problem, which was not rectified during my stay. Moreover, the attitude of the owner towards guest satisfaction was appalling. Despite paying extra for breakfast, when requesting an omelette instead of the offered up-ma or poha, the owner responded arrogantly, insisting that breakfast was complementary and any additional items would incur extra charges. The argument ended with a minuscule portion of up-ma being reluctantly provided, hardly justifying the additional cost. To add insult to injury, during checkout,Overall, my experience at this homestay was regrettable, and i would caution others against choosing this establishment to avoid similar disappointment and financial loss.

It was a really good experience with prompt service and quick help. The stay in tent us beautiful and a worthy experience. Special thanks to sushant for been available whether it's very early morning or with help in dinner. Will visit again.

We are a family of 4 adults 1 child. Had an excellent stay at shree farm tents. The tent was spacious, minimally but adequately appointed and very clean. The fan and window a/c made the glam-ping experience very comfortable. The attached bathroom was nice too. Mr. Sushant was an incredibly kind and hospitable host, made our stay very comfortable. He was always available and proactive. Ms archana made some of the best food around. The breakfast and thali’s were tasty and truly a home cooked meal. She kept the area clean and saw to our requests as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.
