2 mins walk to the beach. Next to exotica report. Good place to start with basic amenities. Shaded parking. Complementary breakfast had good choices. Staff is courteous and helpful. Tented sitting arrangement for lunch and dinner in open space. Close to the famous sway-am patil's koliwada khanawal and suhas bapat's pure veg khanawal. Good place for family stay.

Resort executives & hopitality were excellent. The location is very good as it is located less than 200 mtrs from diveagar beach.

The resort is located at very close proximity to the beach, just two minute walk. One of the best beach i must say with loads of waters-ports activity. Hospitality of the staff, room hygiene and food service is great.

Stayed there for 2 days in nova 2022. It is a good place with restaurant providing good food and nice place to stay. Rooms are pure fabricated structure and are located on ground floor and first floor. Has car parking place. Best part walking distance to beach and spacious rooms.

Wonderful stay

We were given lower cottages. The landscape is decent, rooms are prefabricated & quite spacious. The hotel staff is very helpful. The beach is very close to the hotel (like about 200m) you could actually walk barefoot to the beach. The breakfast was good with about 2 hot breakfast items. The hotel serves both veg/non veg items, but you could find pure veg mess nearby (bapat's, kelkar's). I'll definitely recommend staying at this resort.

Property location is good, very near the beach. Thay have a decent restaurant. Food is good, tasty, room service excellent. A/c, fridge, fans are all good and working. Bathroom fitting need improvement.

Property is good and decently maintained. They have decent common sitting space and also the restaurant area is quite good. They also have a snooker table but that needs to be maintained. The staff is good and polite.
