We booked 2 rooms and 1 room dint had ac as it was sent for repair, and other room had ac but there was no cooling at all. Bathroom was stinking and not even soap was available. Very bad hotel

One must not stay this hotel, make my trip mentioned wrong credit points to this hotel. The hotel rooms and toilet is heavily smell from toilet and one cannot sleep. There is no ventilation. Due to smell finally decided to sleep in our car. It is waste of money and time. No response from the staff.

The hotel is very bad. The bathroom is dirty. I was given an early check-in, but the room was dirty, and the bathroom was not usable. I requested several times, and i was given access to another room's bathroom, but it was also not clean. The bedsheets, pillow, and blanket were quite old and in a worn-out condition.

I have paid in which i was expecting basic amenities, following is not provided 1. When we reached room toilet was not cleaned, we waited for 2-3 hours for clean toilet 2. They have provided only one small medimix soap for 2 people, 3. They have not provided shampoo, handwash 4. The blankets were torn and mattress were not cleaned 5. Wifi is not working on my floor. No dustbin in room. Invoice. Please provide invoice

An airconditioner was provided in the room but it was not at all working i, e not cooling at all. I told them to fix the issue or to provide with an alternative room but the first day has passed and they didn't resolved the issue. This is very ridiculous experience as i had already paid the money and i am suffering in this hot temperature even at my hotel room. Kindly give me compensation or i may be bound to raise this issue at a higher authorities. This is how we get treated by mm t after paying such a handful amount for hotel booking. Really it feels like i shouldn't have done booking through mmt.

You gave us a reservation of a hotel that does not exist. It was all a fraud. It was a great ordeal for me to find a new reservation at night. I never expected this kind of fraud with a reputed company like yours. Please refund my money and kindly take some legal action against the fraud which going on. If you don't take any action and refund my money i am definitely going for a police complaint and also in cyber crime
