Best rooms for stay in matheran and hygienic rooms. The service provided by owner is really best and privacy and safety is good.

Stay experience was very good. Room was totally clean. It felt like home only. Food was amazing. 15-20 mins walkable distance from matheran station and nearby indira nagar. 5 mins walkable distance from myra point. Room service was also good by owner and his family. Good choice for stay in less budget.

The caretaker was humble and a polite person. They were very cooperative. Rooms were appropriate and cleaned. The area were quiet and there was no disturbance. Overall beautiful and satisfying stay at such price. Done.

Location is at indira nagar hardly 15 minutes walk from aman lodge station. Matheran main market is another 10 minutes walk from the property. Peaceful and safe stay. It's homestay type property. Owner amol dhebe and his family is very cordial and caring. They prepared homemade food for us for a nominal cost which was very tasty and light. Speciality of this property is, it is within a villege so you can enjoy local culture and interact with local people who are very helpful and friendly. Mahira point is just beside the property. Less than one minute walk, one can enjoy awesome valley view of matheran from this point.

Super budget, nice peaceful and economical stay with neat and clean and pollution free environment. Room is very nice, safe for family and couples. Owner is very cooperative. Good service, food was excellent. Market is nearby, awesome location.

Very lovely and polite nature of owners mother. Very quick response. Clean room and washroom. Max 15 min from both main matheran market and amanlodge stop. Very satisfied.

It is hardly 7-8 minutes away from Matheran railway station. Owner is very polite and helpful. Good choice for couple. Room was very clean.

Good cottage for tight budget

So there are 2 rooms in this cottage. Room 1 is bigger, has Indian toilet no wash basin and CRT box tv. Room 2 is smaller, has English toilet, wall mount led TV, no wash basin. Please clarify which room you want with the owner post booking to avoid confusion. Hot water is only available before 9 in the morning and costs extra per bucket. Tea, breakfast and few other items available as paid menu. Tea is excellent. Great homely stay. Very good people. Mobile networks aren't available in the area so you may need to ask your way around the place. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Worth the money.
