Calm place with beautiful forest atmosphere and private balcony, we came from tn. Stayed here with my grandfather, parents, husband and son. The hospitality was excellent, breakfast was awesome too. Kids friendly restaurant, and 24 hrs hot water. The rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect for peaceful stay and scenic attractions!

We were a group of family and friends (9 members). Property is awesome, with picturesque and calm surrounding. Even though it's a bit away from Ratnagiri City Centre, I would definitely recommend it for all. It is value for money. Rooms are huge, clean and hygienic, well furnished, and well maintained. Hosts are the sweetest people you can find. It has best hospitality. They attended to all of our demands. It has activities like trekking, badminton, cricket, camp fire n much more. A must try place for all who are interested in staying in the woods, and have a peaceful stay away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Property is half an hour drive from ratnagiri railway station. They send car to pick you up on charges. Food is fresh, homely, traditional maharashtrian seasonal cuisine. Property arranges for sightseeing too. Hygiene could improve. Its safe and picturesque place. The owners are adjusting too for early checkin.

Very huge area with different types of trees. The names of the trees was also mentioned. Good rooms. Good food. Good environment. For kids have play area, swimming pool are available. The sunrise is very beautiful. It is 12km away from bhayte beach and around 50km from ganapatipule. They have a meditation room. Owner is polite and take care of property himself. Owner was very kind to vacate his room for us as all the rooms were filled with guests.

Location was great. Food was okay. Staff and services were also good. They provided a used room and then after complaining they got it cleaned. Hotel is value for money. Would definitely recommend the property.

Best and largest resort in ratnagiri

The experience was not upto expectation. Hospitality was not good. The staff kept beckering, the whole property was abandoned and empty. We had requested for dinner, the owner did not ask us what we would like to eat and instead gave us very bland food which we did not like. The rooms were dirty n pool very dirty. There was no hot water, no soap, no handwash in room. Toilet was dirty. I had to clean it myself before using. Very bad experience

Anandvan at kelye, ratnagiri is basically a lodging resort to unwind from the hustle of the city. It's located in the deep interior with mango plantations. Donot expect any room service or toiletries, but a large room with a hall. It's ideal for large gatherings. The food was typical of ratnagiri, tasty but very oily. The mornings are waiting to be lazyly enjoyed. Ours was a business trip and hence missed out on the other activities. Much needs to be done to convert it into a resort rather than an ashram feeling.

Don't fool your valuable customers. You will all the trust from customers one fine day. The resort is located in a horrible remotest place. Accessing with a vehicle also a critical task. Don't misguide the customers.

Recommended for group stay and not for individual families

It's a huge property which also has mango orchards where only we 3 were the guests and the whole resort was empty. That's why I felt unsafe there. Even there was no security guard. Location is a bit isolated. The place is not properly and professionally managed. It's like home managed property. No options in food, had to eat whatever they were serving.

Far away from ganpatipule 37 km in a village, food was tasteless and price was too high, power backup was not there was no shop to buy package water as in property package water was not available.

My stay at your resort was really bad. There was no room service and the owner was very rude and just cared about money. The place is too far from everything and you can’t even get a taxi easily. They don’t tell you how much everything costs until the end, and then the bill is huge. They even added 2000 rupees extra without telling us. When we asked about it, the owner got really mean and threatened us. It was a nightmare staying there. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all.

We went there for 2 nights and when we reached, there was no one to attend us. We wanted water and tea but there was no one at the reception as well as no telephone. Their manager took 2. 5 hrs to reach back. We booked a deluxe room and the tiles weren't clean. Ac as well as tv wasn't working. There was no wifi connection so we we're totally out of reach since we had no network there. Washroom had no toiletries and soap ect. Food was good but they only provide basic home food. I wouldn't recommend this resort as they totally failed to provide any service. Probably the owner had a habit of big constructions and no idea of management. Alas!
