It’s dying property, staff, food is good but very old property, we can’t go by car, we have to take riksa otherwise walk from main road, it’s on lake but every thing is not proper, so many insects, mosquitoes etc

It is a very good resort with all the necessary amenities and an awesome ambience. The staff is very helpful and available round the clock. The resort's location is perfect, however reaching the hotel is a challenge because of narrow streets if you plan to reach hotel by car. The resort provides pickup and drop auto service during the day to the nearest parking lot where you can park your vehicle. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

The hotel premises is very beautiful. Due to narrow streets car can't reach the hotel. But we hired a bike there which make it easy to come and go anytime from the hotel. Landline phone was not working but staff is really cooperative and quick. Lake pichola is touching the boundaries of hotel. A nice swimming pool and trees of guava, mango, sapota etc. Make the hotel scenic. I booked the non lake view room but got upgraded garden view room.

Wonderful stay with pleasant staff

We ended up staying here for 1 day after a wedding. It was the effect place to relax by lake pichola. What a view! not only is the whole very well located, but the staff was also really helpful in guiding us on how to reach different tourist spots and arranging transport for us as well

Traveled here with a group and I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday. Especially in these trying times, this was a much-needed vacation. The hotel was clean, rooms are spacious and well maintained, food was great and the staff was beyond helpful. Thanks to the whole team and special thanks to the owner for those choorma ke ladoo. This vacation couldn't have ended on a sweeter note. We will be coming back for sure
