Property was great, staf is also honest and not eager to ask for money every time. Water bottle also provided and room was same as the picture. Location is also close to every tourist places. Added

Hotel is very nice. Lift available. Quality food is available.
I like the hotel for the location, cleanness, spacious and budget for the money.

The experience was fantastic in shreenathji initially there was some trouble in checking in however hotel staff and MakeMyTrip representative sorted it very responsibly. Now if I talk about room and service I would say it was completely value for money.

The rooms were neat and clean. But there was no proper ventilation. The hotel street is busy and the surrounding is very noisy. There are rooms which has common bathrooms as well. We had initially booked such room and got the room changed after talking with the manager.

Starting with (1)no parking facility at hotel and after informing hotel reception one man came with me to park a car on general parking on another side of road (200 meter far from Hotel) and while we go back to remove car first time aftet 2 hours parking person asking for parking charges as charged on /hour rs. 20 and after discussion between parking man and hotel reception man then thay allowed us to park car there without charges . . (2) Hotel enterence is to bad (leterine’s water on Both side of enterence road). (3) As mentioned on point no. 2 leterine’s water flow on both side of road that’s why bad smelling in one room. (4) Hotel receptionist done good job to guide us for local site seen. (5) Given us only 4 towels (2towels/room) but we are total 5 adults and 2 children in two rooms. Feel free to call me if you didn’t understand my wording.

Bad experience, every time water geyser stop when bathing .
Bad experience of the nikunj river resort, be co ze all amenities not proper working like wi-fi, water goes. And lots of mosquito in the room, this is not a resort it's called private school with some noises of children. We are not proper rest. So i want to refund of my amount because of some poor service again and again disturbing from hotel staff.
