Location of this resort is very good. Even Hatgad as a place has nice atmosphere. In hot May month the evenings are extremely cool and pleasant. There are no places to visit in Hatgad so you need a very good hotel/resort to chill out. This resort is still under-prepared. The rooms are constructed nice. The upper gallery is used for extra bed but there is no curtain on upper gallery glass windows. A small fan is also expected for the extra bed. There is a large open ground in the resort but a garden is yet to be prepared. Currently, you will find it difficult to walk on the uneven surface of the open ground without a good walking shoes. Walk-way to the room is also not prepared. Because of these, there are more dust and dirt in the room and verandah. There are no trees in and around the resort (some plantation is done but will take time to grow) so it remains very hot during the day time in summer. Swimming pool is well maintained and clean. But there is no option to take shower before and after usage of pool. There are no separate towels for the pool user. You need to use the same towel which you will be using in the bath-room. Food quality and taste is okay. Hospitality is very good. Owner himself gives very good service. Staff is also polite. But there are some issues. The restaurant is starting after 8 AM and will close at 10:30 PM. You may find it difficult to get even a cup of tea in early morning. Non availability of a freeze and a kettle in the room will make it even more difficult to manage it your self. In all there are many more facilities required to make this resort a true "luxurious resort".

I recently stayed at this resort for four days, it was an extremely disappointing experience. The conditions were unacceptable for a place catering to human guests—it felt more like a habitat for insects. The room was infested with bugs, and the bathroom was overrun with ants. Cleanliness was a major issue; the room was filthy, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained, full of holes, and appeared unwashed. The bathroom was equally appalling, with a foul odor and obvious signs of neglect. On top of that, there were constant power outages, occurring every 30 minutes. The service was subpar; there was no phone to contact reception, the WiFi didn’t work, and getting any assistance was nearly impossible. The food quality was atrocious, and overall, my stay was a complete waste of time and money. I expected far better. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort at all costs—it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.

Resort was good. Room was clean and very nice. Bed, bathroom were good. There was late service of food. Every indian wants tea in the morning. There we got tea after 8. 30 am. Breakfast after 9. 30 food costs can be reduced. 3rd day ac was not working properly. No cooling and ac tuns off after every 30 mins
