Review Of Shri Balaji Resort

Room service & restaurant facilities in not good, as per booking plan not available fooding of choice,

first day we reached at 5am, at the gate the security guard was sleeping and when asked him to help to carry the luggage he said it’s not my job go by yourself. at reception, the guy was sleeping. he was angry why we disturbed him. despite it is mentioned they allow 24/7 and early check in. the reception is also the restaurant, everywhere was dirty , tissue paper thrown on floor everywhere. he was really rude and when asking anything he was just ignoring. we went to the room, it was at least 40 degrees. he didn’t even know how to turn on the ac, bathroom really disgusting. next day morning they put loud music in the corridor and other guest were coming to visit and making lot of noise. When u asked them to turn off the music they say we are used to work like that. I went for breakfast the receptionist didn’t even ask anything I ask for a toast and tea. I asked for Wi-Fi it was not working, they say they forgot to recharge Internet. they took 10mins and after they said it can’t be made now machine is down. I had to order another thing from menu. Again waited 20mins. after I went out, in the evening they didn’t clean the room and no clean towel. When I asked another one they sent after 20mins but it was stained I had to use it. next day same thing loud music in the morning. I asked to clean the room, when came back at night the room was around 50 degree (it’s not exaggerating) it was so hot i had to turn on the ac and let the room open for some time. they didn’t change the bed sheet and pillow cover. I called them to change the sheet, they came and rudely enter the room change the sheet and left the dirty sheet in the room itself. Within 5mins 2 power cut. Ac was not working and I was in the dark. No emergency lights. We said I want to go, and check out. He says do whatever you want it’s not my problem

Good staff and very clean room with good environment for family and couples also. I am satisfied with all service given by this resort.

The staff was so helpful and the basic enmities are there. The food was also amazing and I had a great time there. I recommend people to go there if they are going through the same route.

Everything is fine but a boy asked extra money when we are entering to our room. And he was so unprofessional.

It was a pleasant stay at The Rich Grand Hotel,Agra.Staff was very supportive,Food are delicious,prime location near Tajmahal, ideal hotel for Staying in Agra at normal price.

I had a wonderful experience at shri balaji resort. Travel-ling from kashmir, i was in search of a cosy retreat outside the hustle and bustle of the city, and shri balaji resort exceeded my expectations with its inviting ambience and exceptional service. I highly recommend it!

Place and ambience is good, i think it is far my town and food is also good. I didn't get hot water, rooms are clean, but i feel, they might be bed bugs, as i am unable to sleep well.

Freqquent ac tripping electricity issue was there in night almost for 3 hours ac was not working
