Poor management by MMT. Booked the hotel around 11am and got the confirmation immediately. Then the hotel owner called me around 7pm and said that there was no room available. MMT helpdesk desk did nothing more than transferring calls from one department to other.

Condition of the room no 107 where I stayed is very bad. The mirror of the room was broken, the condition of the toilet is very bad, the blanket which they provided foul smelling. They did not provided the towel too. I never expected this kind of things in the hotel. I always booked room through OYO rooms which I found very good quality. For the first time I had booked through MMT which was unfortunate for me. The MMT should check the rooms themselves before provide it to someone. I will never suggest any body to take any rooms in the same hotel and through MMT.

Amenities as mentioned were not there. Rooms are damn conjugated and washrooms are so damn small. AC was OK but no free WiFi was available. Facilities like geyser was of no use because they don't have connection.

There was small room but services was ok. In booking time there were mentioned that WiFi facility is there but not available. There were load shedding problem. Because of that we can't avail the AC room facility.

Very very bad hotel even I think this is not good in list of make my Trip we all friends are very positive and faith in make my Trip after check in time i leave this hotel i m not satisfied from this if any trick please refund my money and black list this hotel if you want the prestige of make myTrip
