Not so good as shown as pictures just opposite from the pictures they posted not worthy price is not worth according to the room and facilities also not good Poor experience

Hotel Maintenance is very unprofessional Service also very poor

no power back up, tiny rooms, grumpy staff, delayed service. location very close to banke bihari temple, but it's the exit gate, named V.I.P galli. The car won't reach you, you have to take a walk from the gate. It is a very inconvenient location. no food available, you have to order from outside. you won't get good rooms from mmt.

U guys are cheater Pathetic U guys should shame on promoting such properties at this high rate I will never use and suggest MMT in future

Location wise its excellent hotel. Just 5 mins walk to banke bihari temple. But in matter of service, they literally tested the patience. Totally unprofessional people..

The washroom door got locked and my mother was locked inside the place is not properly maintained No body fixed the door even after multiple request. I paid good 3200 for this torture

Facilities and location of the property is very good because it is situated near to Shri Banke Bihari Temple. To reach the property by own vehicle is difficult because of traffic rules and regulations. Overall it is good to be safe and secure in the premises.

Also no parking for the vehicle. Very difficult to reach the hotel by vehicle.

I booked make my trif for two days I have very bad experience they could not attand us and not open door. there were very rush and no parking avalable Respected Sir/Ma’am, When I visited the hotel. hotel staff did not open the gate and did not attend us as visitor. they misbehaved with us . this was too bad experience in my life ever I feel in any hotel even make my trip experience is also worst because from that day I am trying to communicate with them (make my trip & hotel staff) but noting response I from there side.

Hotel morning time shutter was close at 4.30 am , no food arrangements for guests, according room service prices are not worth so try next time another hotel for stay

The manager is very arrogant. We get soap, towel, water, etc all basic only on demand, which shud be already present. Hotel rooms are clean, but rest other things are not satisfactory

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The bathroom lock was broken, which made me feel uncomfortable, and several light switches in the room didn’t work at all. It’s disappointing when basic amenities like these aren’t in working order. I expected better attention to maintenance for the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend unless these issues are addressed.

Location is great only 2mins away from Shree Bankebihari mandir, rest everything is good, Hotel staff members are very polite & helpful
