very good stay at hotel and very good hotel staff and owner. they all were very helpful and super genuine for all the services asked by us. they arranged everything including mode of transport at better rates. they guided us like tour operator and shadowed us throughout the trip.. mr. mayank soni mrs sumitra soni aunty and uncle both were very helpful. we loved it here and 100 percent recommendation to anyone who is willing to go for stay!!🙌🏻🫰🏻💖🫶🏻

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at shri shiv ganga bhakt niwas during my visit to ujjain from vadodara, gujarat. The hospitality was outstanding, with every staff member going out of their way to make sure i was comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the prompt service and the attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The location is also very convenient, providing easy access to the major temples and attractions in ujjain. I highly recommend shri shiv ganga bhakt niwas to anyone visiting ujjain. It offers a peaceful and welcoming environment, making it an excellent choice for both devotees and travelers alike!

Overall we had good experience and nice stay. Hotel is value for money & a good budget hotel with well maintained hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Main market area was just 5 mins walk from famous tower chowk. We enjoyed lots of shopping in nearby places and market has good food joints too. Hotel had arranged transport for the temple visits and also arranged bhasma aarti passes for us.

Friendly & very supportive staff, owner is very understanding, very good level of sanitation compared to other hotels in mahakaleshwar, we stayed with the infant and senior citizen, and staff was very supportive for extra assistance. Special kudos and mention to sitaraman.

Overall a good stay, nearby mahakal mandir, if the property had a restaurant then it would be excellent. Staff & owner all were very cooperative.
