Awesome and budget friendly home stay. Property is lot more better than the photos on website. 5 star for service, cleanliness. Good awareness by the manager for customer service.

The owner of properties very good he is taking care of all his guest provide dinner at 11:00 p. M. Hot water for bath at anytime no charges taken for half day room use. Auto rickshaw available for anytime to go anywhere proper guide to view malvan.

Amazing stay, this is located a bit inside from the malvan bus stand but the stay was clean, neat, fantastic, the owner vikram here is friendly and would guide you if you are in malvan to travel and visit nearby places. Whatever required was provided to us already. No overhyped/mad charges where. Thanks vikram it was mesmerizing and fantastic experience.

Had a stay at shree swami samarth niwas during our family visit to malvan. It was a pleasant experience, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The host vikram was kind, polite and very helpful. Highly recommended budget stay in malvan

Property is at very appropriate location and at walking distance from beach, city centre and transport facilities, hygiene and cleanliness is much appreciating. Highly recommended and budget friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Mr vikram is very helpful and polite. He helped us with local transport for reaching railway station while traveling back. Rooms have good power backup which is very helpful as there are frequent power cuts in the area you can get home made malvani food from neighbourhood joshi kaku at affordable rates. Mobile networks like air-tel and jio are functioning well. You can watch videos in streaming mode or plan a workation as there are no network or power issues. It's at walkable distance from chivala beach, atithi bamboo hotel and hotel gajali. Near by option for pure veg food will be hotel shravan which is at walkable distance again.

The host is extremely helpful even helps out with food/travel etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable for three people to stay. Most of the places like temples/beach/eating points are near to the place. Do ask the host for his recommendations.

The property is extremely good. The caretaker was very very helpful. The price was not so high and they provide good services to their guests. Location was easily accessible. Rooms were clean and spacious. I will certainly recommend this property and if I visit this place, I will love to book this property again.

The place is a bit inside but that's what makes the stay peaceful. It's a basic no fuss place but extremely hygienic. When I entered the room it had a fresh lemony fragrance. But the best part is the owner Vikram who is a very helpful guy. He helped me with best places to eat around which places to visit. He's also totally not interfering. He also arranged a scooty for me to go around. Had a great stay. I highly recommend it over overpriced properties in the same area just because they are near the beach. Best suited for solo budget travelers.
