Had a pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staffs..however will request hotel to focus a little on amenities otherwise everything is ok.

very good
location of property is good , property is decent , rooms are decent , food is good , staff is really good specially manager and mandeep , they helped us a lot in everything, we met an accident on the way and they managed everything for us , we missed lunch which was included in package and they gave free evening snacks , I would say property is good but what makes it's excellent is the staff

Good Stay
A decent stay. Decent food. Has a decent car parking space at the back. Friendly staff. Located in a main location with good road access.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Average food
Nice location good and comfortable stay. Rooms were properly maintained. But buffet breakfast was below par

Poor Stay
Review - bed sheet and blankets weren’t cleaned properly. Room service was also below average. Overall i am not happy with the hotel services.

Excellent Stay
Property was good with supportive staff. Even in all aspect all staff was good. Stay was excellent. Enough space for car parking.

Family stay in hari
Staff is very cooperative and try to fulfill all requests in time. Room is clean and environment is peaceful. Food was good, we do the lunch and breakfast there. Special thanks to hotel manager who is very supportive, we asked to keep our luggage after checkout for some time and he agreed and also help to put luggage in car after checkout

Hospitality was good and all staff members behaved well, room was clean bathroom not totally clean but overall good stay

Good Stay
Hotel was neat and clean good for family. Washroom was clean and maintained well. I would recommend shri go for haridwar visit. Mr. Naveen was very helpful.

Poor Stay
groupThe property is not as advertised. The rooms are dirty and not clean. No sound proof and guests cannot sleep due to 1. Party at the convention hall until 10 pm and 2. The train station is nearby and one cannot sleep due to honking sound and train movement sound too. Not recommended for people who are on pilgrimage tour or for tourist. But may be fir transit passenger using railway mode of transportation, it's ok.

Average stay. It is a normal hotel and services are ok ok. Rooms are chilled and there is no facility of room heater.

Best place to stay in haridwa
Hotel is amazing. The staff is very very helpful and specially the food is very good. You will get home like breakfast and food. Best place to stay at when in haridwar
