Terrible experience. No bath towel, soap, television is not working, no kettle. Also ambience is very bad. Not stayed. Requested for reimbursement

even through auto rickshaw not reachable no nearby hotels to get food no such bad experiences for the last 15 years

The room was good and the nearby restaurant was also good but the way to the lodge is very deep and narrow and the hospitality and amenities were not that good

Horrible cheaters; my name is vinoth, i have stayed there on 22nd of july. I had booking through makemytrip. I went there at about 22. 00 hrs (10 pm). The guy in the front desk saw my reservation and said your reservation is from 12 pm if you want to check in must pay extra. Meaning he didn't know the difference between 12 pm and 12 am and demanded additional rs 600 for check in. He called this as early check in and demanded rs 600 from 10 pm to 12 am. The guy even didn't even know 12 pm is a day time and 12 am is a mid night. It was horrible place be very careful.

Not much liked this hotel, day by day they are reducing hospitialty, i stayed here before also, but now there is big difference

Check in time was 12. We reach by 10 50. Though the room was vacant they charge us for rs. 300/ extra. As we have work at 2 authorities to save time we pay 300/. I have this experience for first time in my life, as my job involves outstation duties many times, i never pay like this. As work was finished by evening we checked out at 8. 15 pm. I mean to say this might be happening frequently

Hotel and stuff both are good all stuff very help full every stuff solve our language problem one problem we face there which was address

Lift is not working toilets not well

beds were done everyday, room kept clean but 24×7 hot water as claimed by the staff was an issue. i only got it once in the morning around 8 am, also the shower was broken!

Behaviour of this hotel staff is very bad. No cleanness in washroom no facility no parking area

my stay at shrusti comfort was a memorable one. i would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody involved. this was primarily because of mr. vinayaka badami. he service was exemplary, indeed. since, it was my first time, he assisted me when booking cabs and autorickshaws. he suggested places to visit, in bengaluru. his staff was commendable, too. the room was neat and tidy. the tarriffs were affordable. mmt customer care was helpful, too. i had experienced an issue with regard to the contact details because the landline was not functioning.

Staffs are good, cleanliness all time. Best for family friends and also business travelers

The stay was comfortable. Was a tad bit difficult to reach the hotel from station initially and that's why one mark have been deducted. Later we got a hang of the metro so all the parts of the city were accessible easily. Besides cheap food is always a bonus. Overall a good experience. The cleanliness is a cause of concern. Kindly look into that matter
