Very good stay, host was very responsive. There will be a person available at the stay who can help with anything. I recommend this

Initially the property we checked in was not ready. The apartment was not clean , especially the washrooms where one could find hair in the drains and accumulated stains on the commodes . The floor had dirt and wasn’t mopped. We were then shifted to another property assuring hygiene on the ground floor however first floor was provided, which had the same issues mentioned above . There was no hot water available and a kettle was provided initially to boil water to take shower. Later the care taker asked us to use the ground floor washroom. The host was ready to accommodate and was available on request however the care takers are irresponsible . The rooms are clean and well furnished, however the washrooms need a lot of improvements. We felt that the accommodation was not worth the cost. The location is far from the main temple and was hard to find and needed support from the care taker. Overall our stay was hampered and we lost close to 5 hours due to this inconvenience. We spoke to the host and she has promised to make sure that this would not be repeated again. We hope this will be followed

Their service is excellent and staff is very helpful. Rooms condition is also very nice. Their food service is very good.

Stay was great, house was neat and clean. They extended my checkout time also with nominal fees. Food services from host is also available.

Firstly, a big thanks to shruti for being so generous. Property is very neat & clean, just 5 minutes from banaras junction which helped me best otherwise i could've miss my train. Best part is you can ask for a scooty (host provides it at nominal price)on rent and explore the real kashi. It's a best spot to stay if you are going with big family couples. Host is really a very kind and nice person. Thanks

Property is good. Very responsive host and care taker mr. Babu bhai. We stay here with family and there is no issues. Very good service provided in early 5 am by mr. Babu bhai. Paid food provided on time and as good as home and our requirements for kids and family.
