Very pathetic room condition, toilet are worst. Charge of the room per ight should be 500- to 600- were as you people are charging 2000+ per night.

Proparty is not so good but owner behavior and services is super

Shubham hotel is the most unhygienic hotel at shillong. The bathroom & sanitation facility is very very bad and there was no room service facility in the hotel.

I had requested the shubham hotel authority to provide pillow and blanket as there was too much cold at shillong during my stay at hotel. But unfortunately they failed to provide the same. Also the set-tox was out of order and after frequent request they had not take any initiative to solve the problem. In my view shubham hotel is not safe for tourists.

As per mentioned facilities there was no complimentary package drinking water or wifi. The regular drinking water was from malfunctioned aqua guard water purifier. Toilet seat was too small and also was extremely difficult to use due to its position. Manger in morning denied and yelled on 3 customer including me for waking him for providing hot water at 6:15 am. There was no responsible person on front desk. Hygienist of room was compromised and below average.

Issues: 1. Blanket was very dirty and it was smelling a lot. 2.No telephone provided 3. Room cleanliness was worst as you can see in the photo. 4. only one towel was provided and that was very short. 5. Bathroom taps were broken, the toilet flush was not working, water quality was unhealthy, no filter was used. 6.No room service provided In this Omicron-filled environment, this kind of poor and unhygienic environment can't be even expected and that too in a high costly hotel. Looking at all these conditions it is very much sure that the rooms are not worth of money. Anyhow, we had to finally buy a blanket and that helped us to manage anyhow.

The room is max 500rs per night worth. Not more than that. Zero network. Wifi not working. Hygeine nill. Dust all over the room. Staff quarter also adjacent to the room. Staff were shouting at night disturbing my sleep. So paying 2100per night was waste for me
