We were not given the booked rooms and instead given rooms far away from resort stating unavailability of rooms or given the choice to adjust in one room. Lights went off during night and we were moved back to resort at 4:30 am on foot through barren land where i got injured nose broken as my head banged with rotten iron cladding in the dark ally resulting in bleeding. The manager refused to take me to doctor citing he is staying far off from property.

Terrible hotelier behaviour

The hotel is all good, but the hotelier behaviour is extremely unprofessional, i booked a room for 1 day on mm t with x amount and the hotelier asked me multiple times about the booking amount despite the fact that he can see on his end and he mentioned to me about the money he is taking for 1 day for 1 room entire day whenever he gets the chance.
