I also appreciated the quick and efficient service throughout my stay, whether it was check-in, room service, or any other request. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was infested with bed bugs, which caused severe discomfort, itching, and skin irritation. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the impact it had on my health and sleep quality. Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic expectations from any hospitality service, and unfortunately, this experience failed to meet even those standards. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue, as no guest should have to go through such an experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and corrective measures are implemented at the earliest.
