Food is average and there is no buffet system. Staff is very good and cooperative, but driver room facility is not available.

room given to us was much smaller than seen on site on complaint my room was changed this is not happening first time on mmt

Excellent location for highway travel. Casual approach at reception with no cooperation with guest. Also lots of dust due to construction work.

Property is nice, even staff too however, we asked water for 1000 times but didn't get. We were staying for a night. Room survive was pathetic, could have been better

I was on a road d trip from leh to bangalore. I needed a place for a transit camp. Found this excellent property right on the highway. Great food and very decent rooms. The only reason i did not give it a 5 star rating is that some of the staff could do with more training and the location of the elevator is behind the lobby not very accessible

Pro - 1. If you want to crash down somewhere just because you're tired of moving further, this is on the mumbai agra highway. Cons- 1. The toilet flush was not working, later staff accommodated another room to use the washroom. 2. The washroom was getting too hot water which can't be used for anything, even at 3 am in the morning, staff didn't bothered about this issue. 3. My room had ants and lizards roaming here and there, basic pest control should have been done before making any property available. 4. I didn't like the food, simple dal khichdi had no taste. Biggest issue - - the ac was working very slowly (even during this excessive heat period) - they don't have wifi service(even though they mention this. To avail the wifi, you need to come outside of the room (in this excessive heat) and sit in the common lobby.

The stay was good and breakfast was very very good, very royal construction but please improve the pool and add a water filter in it. Thank you

Pathetic rooms and unprofessional staff. They enter your room with master keys without even knocking the door

Staying was good

It's a nice place to stay in a calm and peaceful area and surroundings. Tasty food. Enjoyable trip. Little bit costly but according to privileges it's ok.

Location is very good, it’s on nh44. Good amenities and spacious room. Nice place to stay.

Good place to stay, staff was really helpful, minor issues with electricity but overall a good stay. We had a pet dog accompany us and the staff was extremely helpful to assist us.

I was on a cycling trip and needed quick access to my room. Upon arrival, at 12:30 am, when i requested my booked room, i was told that there was no booking. Only after a lot of going back and forth between the staff members was i able to claim my room. On this trip, time was crucial and i wasted a lot of time and energy when i had already made a previous booking. Everything else about the experience was irrelevant.
