Facilities are good..but very far away 60 kms from Madikeri..they didn't mention that while booking

Location is on the outskirts of shanivarshante town, between madikeri and sakleshpura, very near to b isle view point. Food is brought from nearby restaurant. Clean big comfortable rooms.

Awesome place to stay staff is very frndly and metro is very near to this place clear and food super here

1. No complimentary breakfast, was offered 300/day and only paid for 2 breakfasts not for 3 2. Room not cleaned upon request for the entire 3 day stay. 3. No hot water for the last 2 days. 4. Water was provided only on the first day, with very few options for food. 5. The restaurant in the building is not clean, is mostly used for bar and is not suitable for families. 6. The room blankets do smell dusty.

Rooms are big and spacious, only disadvantage is that it is 60 kms from madikeri. I booked the room thinking that its in coorg but in reality it is far. I should have double checked but we enjoyed after reaching to the property.

It's good stay. We like it so much easily finding location. Food was good but need to clean plates and tumbler.

This property is not a homestay. It's just a lodge with party hall. Next to entrance there is a wine shop, bar and restaurant. This property is not good for family stay. Moreover this location is very far from site seeing. I request hotel management to please remove homestay tag because you are providing just a room.

Property is new, big room size, wash room is clean, easily approachable just on the road side, well behaved staff specially the owner mr ramesh. We enjoyed the stay with value for money i will rate 4. 5.

Decent stay, don't expect much.
