Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous, we checked in around at 11:45 pm after a long traveling we were so hungry and out side all the restaurant were closed but they arranged food and it was too delicious, next day they arranged two wheeler for us and it's near to market and all the visiting places, i would always like myself and also recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel newly built, could do with in room heating in the cold season and a little more on the menu. Location is best in the centre near the market and restaurants, rooms were clean hope they maintain them

Staff service is good & food is also tastey. Full value of money. There is no problem for hot water also. Staff is very good they a lot room before check in time. Very good stay for family & group also. Very cleanliness in the room. 24 hours staff available for service

Good hotel and good hospitality, highly recommend everyone for this hotel. Thank you make my trip. Near to super market, restaurants and walking distance to nakki lake and sunset point. Amazing experience. Can't explained it more. Just select this and have lots of fun.

Hotel is in good location. Hotel is comfortable and clean for family. Hot water is also available. Hotel staff is good. Hotel room are very spacious and the facilities are good for family. It is on main market all the things are available on walking distance

Works cannot express my gratitude a dream vacation the palace of mount Abu beautiful and food(hot and sour soup) of Shyam villa was excellent. The service provided by each staff in every department was flawless.

The hotel is very good, neat and clean. Service provided was good. Felt little expensive. Staff was very cooperative and was guiding us on how to spend the day, they helped us to rent a bike and also dropped us in the bus stop in the morning. Had a nice walk in the late evening in market, good time for shopping and located near to good restaurants.

Very near to Nakki Lake, nice hotel, good staff, clean and clear room. I totally loved it specially tea is very good, Vishal manager and owner is very nice and polite person, he help us all the possible way.

If the room is not good for 1 day, then the water is good, then i changed the room for 2 days, why it was a good room. In the room for 1 day, the water tap was also broken. The water was getting heavier. Room service is very good. Staff support is very good.
