Poor experience with this home stay

Overall not satisfactory experience. Place is good however management and overall guest handling experience is very poor. Specially when planning to visit such places pols enquirer properly about amenities and facilities also how is room set up. We booked 3 rooms however once reached we have provided 3 rooms with only 2 washroom for 3 families. So this is very pathetic to deal at the end. There is very limited food option.
