Staying at this property was comfortable and services were delivered as demanded. However my deal was including breakfast which can be improved a bit.

Location is very good. We stay there peace fully. Food is veer homely and hygienic but costly. All are fine. Staff behavior is very good.

It was a short stay but my stay made me feel to spend some more time. The room service was excellent and benign. The food was cooked delicious and hygienic. Moreover the room was very clean. At last the room service was very attentive to every call and quick to action. Although the property is a bit far from howrah station but the surrounding area was very peaceful.

Had a decent experience overall. There are 2 metro stations located nearby, so no connectivity issues. Food was decent as well, like home cooked food. Personnel booking their stay should inform well in advance, in case they plan to have meals.

This hotel is not proper for families or couples. I am staying for 2 days. Worst ever i have seen into this hotel. No proper accommodation, not properly maintained, there is no mosquito oil, ground floor rooms, bathroom are not properly maintained, excessive food charges, like veg thali ( rice, dal, fried potato, paneer ) price per plate 200 rupees, quantity is so small, the hotel boy don't give any room key, very bad experience. Don't book this property. Thank you

I hv visited 2 to3 day ago. Rooms are poorly arranged. Bathroom is not getting locked from inside. There is no provision for bathing tap. People will sought in front of your door through out the day.

No problem i faced to find the location of the hotel and it was just near by my work place. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Just need to improve cleaning of the room. Over all it's a good hotel for staying.

Hotel price high. Room bed bad condition. Tv not working. Hotel food very bad. But staff behaviour good.

Ac is making no-ice all the time, tv not working most of the time. Room is not clean, residue of last guest usages is there all over the room and toilet. Manager and the cook is good, location is good. It was quite good experience we had during our previous stay but this time my experience was not good at all. Price wise i can give 3 out of 5 rating to this property.

The rooms were clean, the ac worked and the service was good, plus the location is good as well

Staff behaved cordially, good communication. Location is also good. But there are issues with cleanliness. The bed is not clean enough. The rug causes itch and rashes on skin. The bathroom is smelly. There is no separate tap for bathing or washing legs, there is one with the comod shower.

Awesome spacious room with all amenities i loved the stay and behaviour of hosts. It was awesome experience and i would refer this stay
