Room is good but little bit expensive. Breakfast is tasty and the staff is supportive. But they mentioned about mini freeze which isn’t available in my room but after telling tha staff they provide us the freeze. Overall it’s a good hotel I recommend to book

Location is bad and only food we had was breakfast which was below average and with lack of amenities the white pot in the bathroom was cracked and was fixed black m seal even basic regular toiletries were not provided towels were shabby and room service was not up to mark and slow not worth the price it is charging.

Hotel atmosphere & staff behavior was good, but the food cost was too high. The hotel location was very good.

Very nice and comfortable stay at silver spring hotel in port blair. Small property but rooms and washrooms are very clean. Very tasty food with super courteous staff. Mr. Saurabh at reception in very nice and friendly.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Near the airport. Food was also great. The only bad thing about the experience was the checkout time which was 9 am

Property is located at a strategic location. Near to airport, market and equal distance to all tourist points.

I stayed with my family for one night. The hotel is very clean although the ventilation does not work properly. The staff is quite courteous and helpful. The breakfast was not bad either. However it cannot be clubbed under '4 star' restaurant, as it appears in google. It is a good 3 star hotel.

Clean rooms, cosy luxury rooms, basic amenities, polite and sincere staffs. Almost no stable internet. Good food. A 3star property but expensive against the luxury offered.

The hotel location is great close to the airport and rest around. They serve hot breakfast and have an excellent spread, very good food and very good service. Staff are very courteous and well mannered. Rooms are comfortable with a modern decor and various ambient lighting. I’m not rating them excellent as we kept getting locked out every 24 hours and had to go down to get our room cards reactivated, they had not kept toilet paper in the bathroom, which they provided later, and they don’t supply hand towels which are quite essential for a comfortable stay. We also requested a change of sheets as we went sure they were changed.

Rooms are nice, food is okay, service is slow but that's all the nice part. Extremely unhelpful staff, rude and harsh behavior with customers. Blaming customers and absolutely no decorum. Harrassed me and my family to check-out in 5 mins. Unapologetic towards our senior citizen parents and our 1 yo infant. The management needs to get their act together.

Non cooperative and dishonest staff. They took my iphone charger and never tried to return it to me.

This hotel was booked after seeing the reviews however it seems like the reviews were fake, the room are spacious but smelly. There's a strong smell and when mentioned this to the front desk they could not understand it. The food was served uncooked - the potatoes were raw! not recommended to people traveling with families and kids and people who are planning to have a calm day and want to have dinner or food in hotel
