The Hotel is located on the main Road in pink City, very close to Hawa Mahal and City palace. Jal Mahal is also easily approachable from here. It has a bar at ground level and the Hotel on upper floors. The food is average but reasonably priced. The rooms are average. Being on the main Road, parking during day time is difficult.

the bed was not clean, floor was shabby, bathrooms were not clean … old furnished rooms. location is good though

Good: location is very good. Walking distance from hawamahal. Good restaurants and shops near by. Hotel seemed renovated and maintained. Bad: staff does not know how to efficiently handle online booking. Room was dirty when we checked in. Was not willing to give extra bed for 2nd kid when we have already paid for 4 members. Did not replace towel even after request on 3rd day. There is a bar at entrance if it bode-rs you.

Hotel location is good. But as it is a crowded area so parking is a tough challenge here. Staff is polite and well behaved. Rooms are little costly as per their standards. Food quality is good.

The ac in the room was not working properly. The bathrooms were in very bad condition. There were no sanitary items in the bathroom

Hotel was not having confirmation of booking wherein voucher, it was confirmed. Any how on request he adjusted and arranged room for me. Earlier he denied to provide but later on he agreed.

Staff behavior is very rude. Food is very poor. Room is not upto the mark. Bathroom is not cleaned. Everytime i called reception, they did not response properly to phone calls. Room is not clean at all.
