Great view from the hotel room, great location as very near to mall road, friendly staff. They even helped to get a shared taxi. Overall a nice experience. The only issue was the steep lane which was difficult for my elderly mother. However they provided a hotel cab for that steep lane from next day.

Property is well located near mall. The ambiance is good. The hotel is well maintained and neat and clean. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Restaurant serves excellent food and they often customize the menu for us. We came here in the month of july- an off season visitor. We were the sole guests for a couple of days. But what surprised me most the hotel did not change anything in that period also. They continued with sumptuous breakfast with varieties of items, daily cleaning of the room along with change of bed sheets and towels. They also provided us 24x7 room service.

Nice and well maintained hotel. Spacious rooms. Room got upgraded which was a surprise. The staff is courteous and always smiling. They are very responsive and always ready to help in any manner they can. Swaraj needs to be mentioned here, although it is not his job - he went out of his way to help us plan our tour - which places to visit, dates, clubbing of visiting places on each day, helping with cab booking etc, food is tasty. The only thing that can be improved is the variety of food options on the menu

It was splendid to spend 3 nights at this reputed age old place. We have stayed with our two children. The suite room (Burra Sahib) was really big and spacious. Kid's play zone was the best place to them. Ambience was nice and cool. Food was delicious and so the behavior of the staffs. Although it's little bit costly but worthy of money. 👍🏻

Location is very close to mall road and all restaurants, shops, attractions are within walking distance. Hotel breakfast is very good, only suggestion is to start breakfast service a little early. Room amenities are very well and services are excellent. Reception is very warm and welcoming.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay was enjoy full. Location is enjoy worthy as the hotel provides it's own car for to & fro arrangement to main market approach (mall road junction) at free of cost. Complementary breakfast is superb. Also the quality of food in lunch & dinner are delicious as well as pocket friendly. Separate playing zones for kids as well as for professional work separate hall is being provided by the hotel. Service is total satisfactory.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The staff is always ready to help and co-operating. Climbing the steep lane is a disadvantage. However, their vehicle gives complementary service in taking down and bringing up the residents of the hotel. Mr gobind, who drives the vehicle is an excellent person, always ready to take us to the road below and taking us up the steep lane to the hotel from below.

I stayed for 3 days with my family, it was an excellent experience. Starting from behaviour of staff, tasty foods, room 's cleanliness, mountain view from balcony, also all indoor games we enjoyed lot. Every one must try for it.

Got excellent support during booking, airport pickup arrangement. Property is very good except for 2 minor setbacks - steep climb to get to the hotel from main road (excellent support of vehicle pickup managed this very well) and no lift made 3 floor climb difficult for wife (she has knee problem). Got excellent view of Kanchenjunga from room window and floor balcony, food is tasty and ample. Rooms were decently appointed. The best feature is the staff - friendly, supportive and enthusiastic. The icing on the cake was the Republic Day celebration event. Great experience during our 2 night stay
