It was great pleasure staying here with very neat and clean rooms with an excellent hill view. The staff is very responsive and well behaved. Food is bit expensive but is good in quality as well as quantity.

I had booked the property for my mother and mother in law. They had a wonderful stay! the property was huge, clean and beautiful. The non ac room was not a problem because it was pleasant. The staff was friendly and they didn't leave the property at all. Just enjoyed being there.

Pros: 1. View from the room is excellent and it gives you feel like u r in dream. 2. The property is very well maintained. Kudos to the staffs 3. Service is quick 4. Enough space in the room balcony and entry point. 4 food quality is good but taste wise it could be better. Could be better: 1. Stare in duplex room should have more grill, specifically you will fill it if you are with small kid 2. Front desk staff should have more empathy when someone seems to be in problem. Due to flood like situation one root for kalimpong was blocked, but when i talked with hotel rather then suggesting other root or option they suggested to talk to the booking platform (mmt. Both hotel and mm t stay away until i reach the hotel with the help from locals about the alternate root.

Very nice serene place and exquisite food and facilities. Swimming pool, food parks, rooms all were upto the mark. Recommend to everyone. Spl mention about nice cooperative staff Mr Raju, Rumpa, Bimit, Swastik the staff and none less than Sujit Maiti the chef

Enjoyed the stay at Sinclair's retreat Kalimpong a lot. My children have enjoyed the play station, park and swimming pool to the fullest. Food was delicious and the behavior of the staff was polite. I will recommend it for you and wish to come in future 👍🏻
