No hotwater.

The food is good and breakfast is limited to just idly, wada, pongal. Better add more items to complimentary breakfast room is nice and it has private small pool. But the pool mintainance is not good. Lot of bugs or insects in almost every pool. Not properly cleaned. I stopped entering pool because of the bugs. This is first time i see lot of bugs or insects in pools. Water rides and normal activities are good. Good thing is they provide water bottles every where and they don't charge it. Evening snacks and dinner is good

No maintenance. tv available but not working. No room service. Nasty washrooms. No prior cleaning of rooms

We booked two rooms, as you can see in our booking details. Becoz if transport issue we reached late that also we inform management team in hotel, night 11 when we reached first they are deny to giving room then they are giving us one room with two beds and one washroom when we call customer care make my trip, they are giving us 1 bhk room that is also not in good condition i paid per room $5, 000, but experience is hireable. It’s on floor
