Location is perfect for train travellers as hotel is just 650m away, internet is also good and room was hygienic and clean.

Location is good as it's in walkable distance from railway station. Amenities are sufficient as per the price, plus you can choose your room if you find any problem in your room after booking. You can get breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner with just a call from reception. This is a underrated hotel and the rating is going down only, but i found all facilities good as per the price. I have stayed here three times in last 3 years in different occasions and i didn't find any problem in it.

Worst services given by the hotel, ac not provided cooling, ceiling fan continue to provide noise. No remote available for any electronics. Overall not recommended for anyone staying here.

Very bad hotel. Very unsafe for anyone open electric pannel. Wall of room and washroom are in very bad conditions. Smell in room was very bad. This hotel is not as per mmt standard. Behaviour of attending staff was very bad

My client stayed in the hotel room when he entered room horrible smell inside the room when he complained to the hotel staff said there is no other option then my client give 500rs. Extra to change the room because it was 9:30 pm that time and he comes first time in jalandhar

Worst room i ever had. Smelly room. Walls dirty and bracken walls look like ghost house 100 year old. Please don’t waste everyone money in that worst hotels if possible please refund my amount i already leave the room in 1 hour at 12 am midnight because of atmosphere

Mm t ke mutabik hotel mein deluxe room book tha pr waha pr na thik thak bed tha na koi blanket na hi towel auro na hi bathroom m pani aa rha tha. Mera ab teak ka sabse kharab hotel room tha hotel siti castle jalandhar. Main mm t ko suggest karunga ki aap is tar-ah ke hotels se deal na kro nhi to aapki company ko aane wale time kafi nuksan uthana pad sakta h. Jis tar-ah k hotel k liye maine itne poise pay kiya tha wo sara ka sara paisa bekar ho gya. Isse to achha tha ki main kisi auro hotel m personally jakar hotel book kr leta.
