I have booked this hotel for a day mainly because of its accessibility from my relatives house. The location was safe and everything was easily available. 2 mins walking distance from howrah ac market. Room was neat and cozy, basic amenities were provided except a chair. Overall it was a pleasant stay and this is one hotel where we will stay whenever we take a halt in calcutta or visit my relatives place.

I stayed for 2 nights the staff service was too fast with good hospitality and luggage was also safe when you were going outside the hotel and an excellent experience.

Food was very expensive even water was not given by the hotel authority it was payable no ro water or any local water was available

Room was not clean, extreme dust on the room, bed bug on the bed, they don't provide any packaged mineral water bottle

The whole experience wasn’t good for me, the hotel itself is in a cramped alley, you get cab services very rarely. Hotel staffs are not active at all because you need to remind them for cleaning the room or restocking soaps or fresh towels, even if you order room service they will forget about it or will serve you in a not so clean dishes. The room has no window or any kind of ventilation, even in the washroom. I would highly recommend not to book this hotel, unless until you have no option.

The place was a mess. It was very dirty, unhygienic to be precise. Each and every thing in the room was covered in dust. The staff were polite, but they were not professional.

Staff is great, they helped us get the food when we were in a rush. Rooms are too small and not as elegant as they were in photos. Comparably cleaner yet smaller.

He has no access to food, no contact, no access to tea, no access to water, no lift to this rubbish hotel.

Poor service. Inadequate staff. Bedshhets and towel unclean. Bed bugs on bed. Floors were spitted with pan masala. Breakfast was given from street vendor packed in plastic bags. 2500 rupees booking amount and service like 500 rupees.

Its not a hotel it's just a room in which he given e a small room and asking me 200 rs to give big room when i said ki i will talk with make my trip then he said ok. No food at all in name of breakfast he given me few peices of sandwiches and they are also not giving tea after lot of request they given i said if u can give omelette it's chargeable. Totally unprofessional attitude. I don't recommend anyone this hotel neither tv is working water is seeping in the room terrible. It's my request to make my trip kindly don't make anyone recommend this hotel. Terrible
