The place is decent in the price range. 5 minutes walk from the main road. Smart TV, hot water, AC, towel, toiletries etc were there. They also have a live kitchen but with timings. Recommended for affordable business trips.

Location is fine if you are near Kothrud.I traveled with my friend and it was fine. The only problem I found was there was no hot water. Even after calling room service it didn’t get fixed. During breakfast I ordered poha and tea and it was more than enough and tasty too. So overall 3.5 from me. If you fix the hot water issue. I would have rated 4.5

*pathetic experience at s k hospitality*1. Sk hotel doesn't provide you water bottle. We have to pay them for a bottle. 2. No hygiene in the toilet 3. We are on wfh so we need wifi. Wifi was not working. 4. Towels and rug were not washed. It was smelling. 5. No handwash in the bathroom 6. Arrogant staff7. Curtains are too small so any one can from outside can look in the room 8. Side wala plot pe construction is going on so too much noise no peace.

I was a homestay facility at a very calm and quiet environment. The facilities were very comfortable. The food was nice. The hospitality was very hearty.

We had booked this property owing to its proximity to kothrud. Tje prope is a little off the main road and tere is construction all around. Autos were difficult to engage and if you do mot have your vehicle, it's best to avoid this the rooms were average and whilst they were clean, there was a certain mustiness to the room. We stayed for 2 night and except for the morning tea (on a payable basis, we did not opt for any meals. There was just a kitchen on the ground floor. All in all, it is not recommended for families. .

Not accessible from main road. Average rooms, no clean rooms very basic setup. You get what you paid
