Rooms, bathroom etc is very neat and clean hotel. Staff is very good, food is very good. The only improvement area is, tea quality needs to be improved.

First, the two big plus: location and maintenance. The location is great and they've maintained the property really well. The staff is smiling and cooperative. They served cheerfully and were courteous - happy to stay here and will want to return soo!

Location of property is very near to my office and didn't have any problem in finding the hotel. The stay also very pleasant. Services and staff behaviour / response was best

Rooms are clean. Hotel staff including reception is well mannered. Breakfast buffet can be better. Vehicle parking is bit critical as cars have to be parked on road in front of hotel.

The staff members were very cooperative and responsive to our needs. Our room was large and air-conditioning was excellent. It is right in the middle of all shops & places we visited for shopping & eating were just a few minutes away. The autos in the city were a pleasant surprise as they-came without demanding extra and sought only as per meter! even at 9. 00 pm in the night. I used them 5 times in a day.
