Room was not clean... staff was very rude.... even the room and the hotel images was totally different from the exact one....

Over priced and overrude behaviour by staff this is not 5 star property this must be a 1000 rupee hotel

Great experience hotel was good well maintained property very good neat and clean i am stayed with family and very nice service and cooperative staff multiple opinions available one place

Extremely pathetic.. a so called 4 Star property having extremely dirty and unhygienic room and bathroom... TV not having DTH connection and there is no Wi-Fi. there was no intercom facility so even for a water bottle we need to walk to Reception from Basement.... Room was in basement and thus no ventilation.... No toiletries provided... Worst is no support from MMT team, ... called them multiple times and every time response was we are checking this with hotel and will call you shortly... Even at the time of check out MMT teams response is same... We are working on your query..... Fail to understand what MMT team is working on even after the checkout.... Hotel staff was polite and admitted the mistake but MMT team is constantly trying to avoid the complaint....Extremely poor customer service

It was one of my worst hotel experiences. Room was utterly bad with water leakages at different spots.Washrooms lock were also broken and bath tub which was shown in the photos was not present in any of the bathrooms. Also the swimming pool was extremely dirty. About the service,we got 2 bottles of water after an hour of order and the staff was extremely non cooperative and violent. Also there was nothing like ganga view,the hotel is in a extremely conjusted area with extreme traffic.
