This skmregency is a 10 minute walk from the central railway station. This makes it very convenient in terms of location if one is arriving/ departing by train. The street on which the property is located is very narrow. Yet once we enter the premises, one forgets the street outside. Hence it is okay for business travelers. Rooms are fairly clean. Staff is polite and efficient. Value for the money. I will definitely stay here again.

Location is very near to railway station, neat and clean rooms, bathroom, rooms somewhat small in size beds also small but very well maintained. Staff members and from desk very supportive. There is no restaurant in this skmregency but they arrange good breakfasts if you included in your plan. I would recommend if you want to stay near to railway station.

the location of skmregency was excellent..just opposite rippon building..cemtral metro gate.wifi connection was very good..romm was very good and clean..staff was superb..down to earth person.next time if i come to chennai,i will definitely go for this skmregency without a thought.

Definitely better than my expectations after 2 days stay here. Even though the 2 bedroom space is less, dining space, tv, phone, cushioned foam cot, rest room. All well accommodated within. Room service good.

Hotel location is good, both nearer railway station is-central & egmore. Complementary food is average. Cleaningnes & hygiene is good. One bad thing is small room size. Overall reviews are good.
