*Hotel Stay Feedback: Skon Boutique*
My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues observed consistently over three days:
- *Room Conditions*: On the first day, we were given a very small room with a damaged floor. The mini bar was empty, and there was visible dust on the phone and table. Hair was found near the TV cabinet, and the TV remote was missing in Room No. 204. The room was later changed on a request basis.
- *Cleanliness & Amenities*: The bathroom dispensers for body wash and shampoo were empty. Slippers were provided only upon request. Overall hygiene was lacking, with houseflies present in the dining area.
- *Staff Behavior*: The behavior of the dining staff was poor and unwelcoming, which discouraged us from raising concerns about the missing amenities.
- *Facilities*: The lift was extremely slow and almost non-functional, forcing us to carry our luggage up the stairs to the first-floor reception. The outer ambiance of the hotel did not meet the expectations set by MMT standards.
Overall, the experience did not align with the quality and comfort
