Location was very good. Staff were cooperative. Food quality was good. Manager was friendly and caring. Only problem was the entry road darkness at night.

The location of the resort is good but as a whole lacks professionalism to run a resort. Maitained properly. Even though the manager was always responsive whenever we called him. Will suggest this resort for friends but not for families or couples. This resort has enough parking space.

Service needs lot of improvement, once power goes acs are not started, we need to call them, basic stuff like towel, soaps were not provided, we had to ask, tea bags etc were not provided, bed cover, pillow covers were not fresh one, snacks cooked were too salty only good thing is that people are good but you need to tell them the mistake, property is good.

Resort was not good. And bathroom is a worst condition room rent 4100 was so expensive according the room condition

Dirty washroom, water in washroom dirty, bed sheets not washed, curtains not cleaned, staff tried to open the room door at night and that was scary.

Kingdom of bugs and cockroaches

A nightmare ... The only good point is the very helpful staff. The rooms are in a pathetic condition by lack of maintenance and hygiene. We killed 258 bugs in our room, the bed and the washroom. Hundreds of tiny baby bugs and 38 cockroaches in the washroom…. Disgusting place
